Transition P7 to S1
Transition at Dunblane High School
During lockdown Miss A Murney at Dunblane High School created an innovative way to allow pupils in P7 to have a look at some of the classrooms and hear from staff about what happens in their departments. As you can see Miss A Murney created an interactive timetable using Google Slides (same as a virtual classroom). Pupils can see 360 degree views of some of the classrooms.

Little Flags of Change
Spotlight on Wee Flags of Change
A number of schools accross Stirling have been participating in Wee flags for change campaign. September was Global Citizenship Month and a time to reflect and consider the actions we can take to contribute to a fairer and more sustainable future for everyone, and to celebrate our role as active global citizens. Pupils and staff were asked to commit to one positive action on a global issue and to share this on a ‘wee flag for change’. Stay tuned for more pictures and videos on our We Flags for Change.
Connecting Classrooms
We are very excited to announce that a number of schools have signed up for the British Council's Programme called Connecting Classrooms. Bannockburn High School, St Modan's High School and Cambusbarron Primary School have joined up with Forthvalley College and Linlithgow Academy and have been partnered with schools in West Bengal in India. Together, they will exchange learning and explore the Sustainable Development Goals. This is a great opportunity within Global Learning and we look forward to the parnerships developing.
